Georgia Hexter (she/her)

APD, CEDC

Georgia is a dietitian, nutritionist, and Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician. She provides a compassion filled, non-judgmental space for clients to explore challenges with food, eating and body image, and is committed to collaborating with her clients to meet their goals. Georgia is committed to providing evidence based, nurturing and client-centred care.

Georgia is passionate about supporting people who experience eating disorders, disordered eating, and those wishing to improve their relationship with food and their body, as well as those experiences gut issues including IBS. Georgia provided non-diet nutrition support for a range of medical conditions including PCOS, endometriosis, diabetes and cardiovascular disease.

Georgia follows a non-diet, Health at Every Size approach, and assists clients to listen to and respect their body’s hunger and fullness signals to foster calm, mindful and intuitive eating experiences.

Georgia engages in regular clinical supervision and self-reflection practices to ensure her clients receive high quality care.

JORDAN BURKE (she/her)

APD,CEDC

Jordan is a Health at Every Size aligned Dietitian and Nutritionist. Jordan believes it is crucial to understand the unique circumstances of every client that she sees, and strives to make people feel safe, respected and understood. She recognises how difficult it can be to change eating behaviours, so she aims to meet her clients where they are, and provides guidance when ready to take steps towards their goals.

Jordan’s special interests include eating disorders, disordered eating, gastrointestinal disorders such as IBS, IBD and coeliac disease, sports nutrition, and nutrition for PCOS, endometriosis and fertility. She is also well versed in assisting patients with food allergies and intolerances, diabetes (GDM, type 1 and 2), heart disease, high blood pressure and kidney diseases.

Jordan implements a health at every size and non-restriction approach, prioritising eating behaviours that are intuitive and health promoting, irrespective of body size.

Ellen Simpson

Ellen is a friendly and welcoming Health at Every Size (HAES) aligned Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and nutritionist devoted to providing care in a collaborative manner and from a non-diet, weight-inclusive perspective.

Ellen is dedicated to helping clients build a positive relationship with food. Offering evidence-based advice, Ellen assists her clients in developing the necessary skills, knowledge, and confidence to progress towards their goals while also advocating for them to listen to their bodies. 

Ellen practices in a calm and approachable manner. She is able to provide care for patients seeking support in managing a range of conditions, including; Endometriosis, High Cholesterol, Diabetes, Cardiovascular Disease, PCOS, Sports Nutrition, Gut Health issues such as IBS, IBD, food intolerances, Coeliac Disease and Diverticulitis, general healthy eating and disease prevention, as well as those looking to improve their relationship with food and address emotional eating through intuitive eating principles. 

Ellen participates in routine clinical supervision to ensure her clients receive high-quality care.

GEORGIA COGAN (she/her)

Georgia is a warm and approachable Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist, and Credentialled Eating Disorder Clinician. Georgia is committed to providing support through a non-diet, weight-inclusive, trauma-informed lens, and is passionate about assisting her clients to build a more positive relationship with eating, food and their bodies. Georgia strives to establish a trusting therapeutic relationship and deliver client-centred care, with her strengths including empathetic listening and validation of each individual's lived experience.

In addition to supporting clients living with eating disorders, Georgia has a particular interest in women's health, including endometriosis and polycystic-ovary syndrome, and gut health. 

Georgia works in a collaborative and compassionate manner with clients, their family or support people and members of the treatment team.
