GEORGIA'S approach:

Appointments with Georgia are relaxed, collaborative, and maybe even fun. She aims to create a space where you can talk openly about food, eating and your body without feeling judged or expected to have everything figured out. With a warm and non-judgmental approach, Georgia helps clients find practical strategies that work for their unique circumstances while building a more peaceful relationship with food and their bodies
Her practice is non-diet, weight-inclusive, trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and grounded in evidence, with a strong focus on building confidence, autonomy and a more peaceful relationship with food.

Georgia works with people who feel like food has become complicated, whether through eating disorders, years of dieting and food rules, body image concerns, gut, hormonal or pelvic health concerns, or changes to appetite and eating while using GLP-1 medication. She also supports kids and teens experiencing eating disorders, working collaboratively with families to build confidence around meals and make recovery feel more manageable.

Georgia provides non-diet nutrition support for a range of health concerns, including PMOS (previously referred to as PCOS), endometriosis, pelvic pain, diabetes and cardiovascular health. She also supports people considering or using GLP-1 medications, providing a gentle, non-judgemental space to explore nutrition, appetite, health, body image and the complexities these medications can bring. She is experienced in supporting people where concerns overlap, without adding more restriction, judgement or pressure around food or their body.

Georgia provides neuroaffirming care and recognises that neurodivergence can shape experiences of food, eating and recovery. She considers sensory preferences, interoception, executive functioning, routines, demand, communication preferences and individual capacity, adapting nutrition support around the person rather than expecting them to fit a particular way of eating or engaging in treatment.

Best Fit For / Who They Work With:

Relevant Training + Professional Development:

Georgia undertakes ongoing professional development across her areas of practice, including: Eating disorder treatment, including CBT-E, the Maudsley Model of Anorexia Nervosa Treatment for Adults (MANTRA) and binge eating disorder treatment, Body image counselling, Neuroaffirming eating disorder + nutrition care, Trauma-informed care, Perimenopause + menopause nutrition
IBS + the low FODMAP diet

Georgia also engages in regular clinical supervision and reflective practice to support safe, thoughtful and high-quality care.

BOOK WITH HELENA

HELENA'S approach:

Helena is encouraging, reassuring and positive, while also being direct and honest when you need it. She’ll help you cut through confusing or conflicting nutrition advice, understand what is relevant to your health and focus your energy on changes that are actually worthwhile.

When supporting conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure or high cholesterol, Helena focuses on practical nutrition strategies that support health without reducing your care to body weight or handing you a long list of foods to avoid.

Her approach is realistic and sustainable. You can expect clear guidance, practical ideas and plenty of space to talk about what is and isn’t working for you. Helena wants you to leave appointments feeling more informed and capable of looking after your health, not worried about eating perfectly.

Helena particularly enjoys supporting people with diabetes, cardiovascular and cardiometabolic health concerns, including high blood pressure and cholesterol. She helps translate nutrition recommendations into realistic, sustainable changes that fit everyday life.

She also has a strong interest in hormonal health across different life stages, including PMOS/PCOS, endometriosis, fertility, pregnancy and postpartum, perimenopause and menopause. Helena is experienced in navigating where these concerns overlap, including diabetes or cardiovascular risk alongside hormonal health, gut symptoms or GLP-1 medication use.

She takes a whole-picture approach rather than treating each concern as a separate set of nutrition rules, supporting you to care for your health while building confidence around food, enjoying the foods you love and finding an approach that feels sustainable rather than restrictive.

ELLEN'S approach:

Appointments with Ellen are collaborative, practical and judgement-free. She takes the time to understand your health, experiences, preferences and relationship with food before working with you to decide what might actually be useful.

Her approach is grounded in evidence, but she knows that nutrition advice also needs to work in real life. Rather than focusing on perfection or giving you another list of food rules, Ellen helps translate nutrition information into realistic strategies that feel achievable and sustainable for you.

Whether you’re working on your relationship with food, managing IBS, supporting your heart health or navigating several health concerns at once, Ellen will help you focus on the nutrition changes that are relevant to you without becoming overwhelmed by everything you think you “should” be doing.

There’s plenty of space to ask questions, talk through what is and isn’t working, and explore your goals at your own pace. Ellen wants you to leave appointments feeling clearer and more confident about nutrition and your health.

Ellen supports people wanting a more positive, flexible relationship with food, particularly those experiencing disordered eating or feeling stuck in cycles of dieting, restriction and food rules.

With a strong interest in gut health, she helps people navigate IBS, digestive symptoms and food intolerances while keeping food as varied as possible. She also supports pelvic and hormonal health concerns, including PMOS (previously PCOS), endometriosis, fertility, perimenopause and menopause, recognising how these can overlap with gut symptoms, body image and eating concerns.

Ellen works with people managing chronic conditions, including pre-diabetes, type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular concerns. Her approach focuses on practical changes that support health without unnecessary restriction, keeping flexibility, enjoyment and your relationship with food part of the picture.
